OPTIX Intergrates Excalibur RetrievalWare

Blueridge Technologies announced that they have integrated the latest version of Excalibur RetrievalWare from Excalibur Technologies with version 5.1 of their cross-platform OPTIX Document Management System.

The OPTIX Document Management System enables users to scan, store, annotate, and route an unlimited number of documents. It is the first industrial-strength document management system to be optimized for Macintosh, Windows, and the Internet. A complete OPTIX system can include Workflow, Document Imaging, Text Retrieval, Document Management and Control, Optical Storage, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and Computer-Output-To-Laser Disk (COLD).

Excalibur RetrievalWare offers consumers a cutting-edge alternative to traditional search and retrieval systems. It combines two of the most powerful text retrieval technologies currently available, semantic network technology and Adaptive Pattern Recognition Processing (APRP), into a single package.
