The Global Entrepreneurs Network announced that effective immediately it will be making available it's domain registration service on the world wide web to anyone - absolutely free of charge!

The GEN domain registration service includes formatting and submitting the domain registration to InterNIC, providing primary and secondary DNS service, as well as email forwarding for the domain. This service is available for registration of .com, .net, .edu and .gov domains. There is no limit to the number of domains a party may register through GEN. The InterNIC fees in the amount of $50/year still apply and are billed directly by InterNIC.

GEN was the first organization to offer online domain registration on the world wide web, launching this service 15 months ago. While created as a free service for GEN members, up until now non-members were charged a one time fee of $50.00.
