This revision addresses the following issues:

Fix several known crashing/freezing bugs reported on the macdns-users mailing list (or in feedback to macdns-bugs)

Allow MacDNS to be used by customers with dial-on-demand Internet access, by providing a way to configure server timeout values

Facilitate localization of MacDNS, by putting all log messages and other hardcoded strings into resources
