macQ&A;, a freelance technical support alternative, is now available to Macintosh users via the Internet.

The new service allows customers with technical issues regarding Macintosh hardware or software to fill in a simple form and include their e-mail address for a response within 24 hours.

The cost is $20.00 per question submitted. No charge for any submissions that macQ&A; is unable to answer.
