Object Technology Licensing Corporation ("OTLC"), a joint venture of IBM Corporation and Apple Computer, Inc., announced that it has named Brian Naylor as its president. Naylor, who has held a series of senior positions in the high technology industry -- most recently, as vice president of business development for Interlink Electronics -- will oversee the company's worldwide technology licensing operations. He stated: "OTLC owns a broad and impressive portfolio of inventions which are crucial to a number of evolving computer and Internet technologies, including collaboration, data sharing, multimedia, and object-oriented frameworks. We will aggressively market our patent portfolio to those companies and organizations that want to take full advantage of the capabilities of state-of-the-art software."
