During the Tomorrow's Cities webcast of the Habitat II conference, 'Net

conference-related issues and themes. Currently, there are 11 themes and
issues planned for the discussion boards: The Right to Housing, Best
Practices (the sharing of best practices between governments and cities),
Urban Homelessness, Women in the City, Youth Concerns for Habitat II, The
Role of Technology, Environmental Issues Relating to the Urban Habitat,
Partnerships, Population Issues, Spirituality and Religion, and The Role
of Music and the Arts.

In addition, there will be daily polls, allowing 'Net users to voice
their opinion about conference-related issues. Through the daily poll,
citizens around the world will all have the right to place a vote that
will be heard by conference leaders.
